Melanie Miller, trumpet
Melanie serves as Adjunct Professor of Trumpet at Messiah College (Grantham, PA). Melanie received a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Business from Wheaton College (IL) and a Master of Music degree in Applied Trumpet from the University of New Mexico. During her time in New Mexico, she served as a graduate assistant, teaching undergraduate music classes at the University of New Mexico and also performed with the New Mexico Symphony Orchestra. Melanie maintains a private trumpet studio and performs with the Messiah College Faculty Brass Quintet, the Central Pennsylvania Orchestra, and the Greater Harrisburg Concert Band. Melanie resides in Mechanicsburg with her husband Derek and 4 children.
